Camp"! Hello, my
name is Lucy!
When my family goes on vacation, they
take me to this really cool "doggy camp" called Dixie Kennels.
Miss Carolyn (that's the owner) takes really good care of me and all
the other "campers".
She takes us for
walks in a big area that we can run and play (she throws a ball for us
too) and, oops, maybe even use the potty! She has all sorts
of
soft blankets and rugs that we can lay down and sleep on. She
also gives us peanut butter biscuit treats when we look at her just the
right way!
I know she has been
doing this for a long time, because I have been going to "camp" for all
of my life and I am turning 11 next month.
I know that you will
enjoy the camp too, just come and try it out for a while and your
parents won't even worry about you while they are away. I
promise!!
